# 2. FREE AND PAID SERVICES

- limited generate credits,
- limited exports,
- manual editing tools,
- and community access.
Paid subscription plans may provide expanded or unlimited access to platform features and premium services.

# 3. SUBSCRIPTIONS AND BILLING
Paid subscriptions may be offered on a recurring basis, including monthly or annual billing cycles.
By purchasing a subscription, the user authorizes recurring billing for the selected subscription period unless cancelled before the next renewal date.
Subscription fees are charged in advance for the applicable billing period.
Users are responsible for maintaining valid and up-to-date payment information.
Failure to complete payment or unsuccessful billing attempts may result in:
- suspension of premium features,
- restricted access,
- subscription cancellation,
- or downgrade to the free plan.
# 4. CANCELLATION OF SUBSCRIPTIONS

- land size restrictions,
- reduced feature access,
- or other platform limitations.
Usage limits and free plan features may be modified by the Seller at any time.
Generate credits, exports, or similar usage-based limitations associated with free plans may reset periodically according to the applicable usage cycle determined by the platform.
Unused credits or usage allowances generally do not roll over to future periods unless explicitly stated otherwise.
# 6. DIGITAL SERVICES AND REFUNDS
The platform provides digital services and software-based functionality that may become accessible immediately after subscription purchase or account activation.
Due to the nature of digital services, generated outputs, and instantly accessible platform functionality:
- refunds are generally not provided after access to paid services has begun,
- partially used subscription periods are non-refundable,
- and completed billing periods are non-refundable,
except where otherwise required under applicable consumer protection laws.
The Seller may, at its sole discretion, issue refunds, credits, or account adjustments in exceptional circumstances including:
- duplicate charges,
- technical billing errors,
- unauthorized transactions verified by the Seller,
- or other extraordinary situations deemed appropriate by the Seller.

- suspend accounts,
- restrict platform access,

- remove usage privileges,
- or terminate subscriptions
where fraud, abuse, manipulation, excessive exploitation of free services, unauthorized automation, payment abuse, or violations of the Terms of Service are reasonably suspected.
Refund requests associated with abusive, fraudulent, or unauthorized activity may be denied.
